THE PROJECT

The concept:

Roland's Market is an adaptive reuse project on Van Buren St. in Downtown Phoenix. We're renovating, rebranding, and renewing this beautiful, historic building to bring it back to its original glory.

Roland's Market could be unique office space for a young start-up, a cool new retail space, or community gathering space. We can't wait to find a tenant who loves the building and its unique history as much as we do.

BUILDING AMENITIES:

  • 13' 7" high ceilings
  • Exposed wood trusses on 1/3 of the ceiling
  • Original, classic stamped tin on 2/3 of the ceiling
  • Exposed brick wall in the majority of the interior
  • Large open space planning
  • Exposed concrete floors with original scoring patterns
  • New storefronts and doors, with high efficiency thermal ratings
  • New private bathrooms
  • New air conditioning systems
  • New power and lighting systems with LED lighting
  • New roofing and insulation
  • Incredible signage opportunity on existing pole-mounted sign
  • Generous parking
  • Recycling collection option
